Phase 1 — Foundation & Compliance

Q4 2025
Goal: Establish the fintech and regulatory base for merchant operations.
Focus: Trust, Security, and Infrastructure.
  • Finalize corporate KYC, tax, and compliance under CAC & FIRS.
  • Integrate partnership framework with SAFE HAVEN Microfinance Bank.
  • Register with NIBSS / Remita / Paystack aggregation layer for merchant processing.
  • Build HwebPay Business Dashboard v1.0 (merchant onboarding, transactions, settlement, APIs).
  • Implement AML/CFT/CPF, Data Protection, and ABC Policies.
Outcome: Regulatory clearance and operational platform ready for merchant beta launch.

Phase 2 — Merchant Launch & Ecosystem Build

Q1–Q2 2026
Goal: Deploy and onboard early business users.
Focus: Merchant experience and usability.
  • Launch HwebPay Business Portal (Beta) for SMEs, schools, and online vendors.
  • Enable payment options: Cards, Bank transfers, QR, and Payment links.
  • Release API v1.0 (REST-based PHP SDK) for merchant developers.
  • Partner with 50–100 SMEs to pilot the system.
  • Integrate Business Analytics Dashboard for settlements and reports.
  • Automate settlements with SAFE HAVEN MFB backend.
Outcome: Live transaction environment with verified business clients and first wave of merchant revenues.

Phase 3 — Scale & Automation

Q3–Q4 2026
Goal: Scale infrastructure and expand features.
Focus: Stability, automation, and user experience.
  • Implement Instant Payout System (24/7).
  • Introduce Invoice & Payment Link Builder for freelancers & startups.
  • Launch Multi-currency support (NGN → USD, GBP).
  • Integrate HwebPay Partner Network (agents, POS, and resellers).
  • Deploy Hweb AI Risk Engine for fraud detection and merchant scoring.
Outcome: Fully scalable merchant ecosystem with modern automation and data insights.

Phase 4 — HwebPay Personal Launch

2027
Once the business infrastructure is stable, roll out the personal wallet, virtual card, and savings system for individuals — seamlessly connected to HwebPay Business for integrated transfers and settlements.
